Katie Cruz is an activist who joined the MAP community in 2007. Since then she has committed herself to serving the members of the MAP community, through wisdom, fellowship, and art. In 2022, Katie started her blog A MAP In Love, which has gained a following in the MAP community. In 2023, Katie started MAP Merch Shop, a venture to help MAPs show pride in their orientation. Katie continues to support the MAP community, by helping other activists launch and maintain projects. Katie is a founding board member of MEDAL, where she hopes to bring awareness and advocacy of MAPs to the mainstream.
